Yesterday I bought a laser pointer for exercising Rudy and he loves it!! He is so addicted when we aren't playing with it he wanders around the house looking for that little red light. It is hilarious. Last night he ran and ran with it until he was so tired and thirsty that his tongue was hanging almost to the floor. We tried to get him to stop and take a drink but he just wanted to play. Which brought about another issue since he wasn't paying attention and didn't want to stop he peed all over my living room twice once yesterday and once today!!! (Thanks Thompson's for lending me the steam cleaner!!) So now we have to do it in short turns and make him take potty breaks!! Here is a video of him doing it. They played pin the shoe on Cinderella. Kennadee cheated and peeked the first turn she had so I had to make her take a second turn at the end.
And then Kennadee opened her presents and they went upstairs to play for a little bit then we cleaned up and they watched Cinderella until their Parents came. It was so much fun!! Thanks for coming girls!!
Happy Valentines Day!! Here are some yummy heart shaped cupcakes. My cousin had made cupcakes in the shape of clovers last year for St. Patricks Day. She did that by rolling up little balls of foil and tucking them into the sides between the cupcake wrapper and the pan so I decided I would try using the same concept for cupcakes and it worked!! I hope you all have a great Valentine's Day!!
Rudy is our little doggy. Kennadee tells everyone that he is an "eagle mix" what she really means to say is he's a beagle mix. He is a crazy dog. He loves to run up and down the yard chasing the dogs on the other side of the fence. He also loves, let me rephrase that, is totally addicted to chasing the laser pointer although we have to be very careful when using it in the house because he gets over excited and pees all over the place if we don't make sure he goes outside first. Over all he's a pretty good dog .
